Enterprises in Dung Quat EZ strengthen further the prevention of COVID-19
On the morning of February 4, the Health department of Binh Son Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) has implemented a series of measures to prevent and control of COVID-19 and issued medical masks to officials and employees.
In the short term, each employee will be provided with 10 medical masks free of charge. After that, depending on the actual situation, the BSR Company continues to allocate medical masks in subsequent periods.
The company also encourages employees to enhance sports activities, reasonable rest, nutritional supplements to improve health and prevent this disease.
For foreign contractors who come to work at BSR will be due to the infrared body temperature.
BSR is also conducting disinfectant spraying in all working buildings and work sites.
The Hoa Phat Dung Quat Complex also synchronously implemented measures to prevent and control diseases caused by COVID-19 with the inspection of body temperature of all employees, visitors when entering and leaving the area, spraying disinfectant, wearing masks at workplaces job.
These activities have been evaluated by Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee as the unit with the highest and most professional preparation and response in a meeting of representatives of agencies related to the prevention of Corona virus disease out.
Earlier, the Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee directed departments, branches and localities and the Dung Quat Economic Zone Authority to request foreign-employing enterprises to strictly manage laborers from the epidemic area to their localities; approach, propagate and require people returning from the epidemic areas to cooperate in the prevention for themselves and the community; publicize localities and establishments with foreigners staying, especially foreigners coming from epidemic areas or passing through epidemic areas.
According to the report of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the whole province has 72 enterprises employing foreign workers in VSIP Industrial Park, Tinh Phong Industrial Park, Quang Phu Industrial Park, Dung Quat Economic Zone and units and companies outside industrial zones. Among them, 20 enterprises employ Chinese laborers.
