Improve labor productivity in the province

The Chairman of the provincial People's Committee has just requested the provincial departments, agencies and People's Committees of districts and city to accelerate the reform of administrative procedures, improve the efficiency of state management, the business environment and infrastructure, creating favorable conditions for businesses to develop, improve labor productivity.

Accordingly, the provincial departments, units and localities are required to implement preferential economic policies on taxes, credits ... for enterprises using high-tech and modern lines; encourage businesses to invest in innovation, creativity and application of science and technology in production, especially policies to support the early application of automation and investment in automation technology and digital infrastructure according to Decision No. 09/QD-UBND dated January 9, 2020, Decision No. 57/QD-UBND dated January 22, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Chairman also assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside and coordinate with the Departments of Science and Technology, Industry and Trade and related departments, agencies and localities to study and advise the PPC to develop the Plan to implement Directive No. 07/CT-TTg dated February 4, 2020 of the Prime Minister in the province.
