Raising capital to implement new rural program

The total mobilized capital for the Program implementation in the period of 2016 - 2019 was 1.46 times higher than that of the 2011-2015 period.

As a result, the number of district-level units meeting the new rural standard was 1 district. It is expected that by the end of 2020there will be 4 standard districts.

The number of communes recognized to meet the new rural standard included 83 communes, an increase of 72 communes compared to 2015 (11 communes), exceeding the plan assigned by the Central Government (80 communes).

It is expected that by 2020, there will be 19 more communes recognized as meeting new rural standards, accumulating 89 communes, meeting the plan assigned by the province (60% of communes).
