It will regularly update details of the output of each type of agricultural products and fruits, which are exported through the Northern border gates, promptly report and propose the Ministry of Industry and Trade to guide and support consumption.
The Department will timely inform the situation of activities at the northern land border gates (mainly in provinces such as Lang Son, Lao Cai and Quang Ninh) to People's Committees of districts, cities and organizations and individuals, who produce and trade agricultural products and fruits, so that they will know and take the initiative in making appropriate and effective export and production plans for export in a complicated situation of epidemics.
People's Committees of rural districts and cities provide information and timely guidance to organizations and individuals in the area about the operation situations of border gates in the North (mainly in provinces such as Lang Son, Lao Cai, Quang Ninh),
They guide and encourage organizations and individuals producing and trading in export of agricultural products and fruits to seriously carry out export activities to China market according to international practices and official quotas.
At the same time, they will improve the quality and implement well the regulations on traceability, declaration of planting areas, packing facilities as well as related requirements to meet the regulations and standards agreed with the importing countries.
