To support vocational training
The Plan’s target is to support vocational training for 250 workers in small and medium enterprises in the province. After training, 100% of the workers are certified and have skills to work with higher productivity.
Accordingly, the Plan includes actitivies of creating conditions for support of technical and professional skills training at the elementary level and training for workers working in small and medium-sized enterprises in the province with less than 03 months.
The training contributes to helping businesses in boosting, expanding production, business and service development; improving goods quality, stabilize and increase competitiveness in the process of regional and international economic integration.
The Plan also helps to form employees' awareness, skills and working style towards industrialization, contributing to raising productivity, stabilizing job positions and increasing post-training incomes of laborers.
Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs takes responsibility to coordinate with relevant departments, sectors, units, vocational education institutions and small and medium-sized enterprises in the province to implement the Plan.
